  • Customers can raise a return request within 15 days after an order has been delivered through our help center.
  • Once your return request is verified by our support team reverse pickup will be initiated from our end and once they are picked up the refund/exchange will be provided.
  • If you have received a defective / Wrong product, send us the images using our help center and we will get back to you. Once they are verified by our support team the refund/exchange will be provided.
  • A refund will be processed into your bank account or as a gift coupon as per your convenience.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
  • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on essentials Items like Face Mask/Protects/ Shields.
